Hey all, just a quick question regarding making an apple pie. I don't have a lot of experience with pastry but want to make an apple pie for Mother's Day. Using this recipe: http://ift.tt/1rzHVer I want to prepare the pie earlier in the day and then bake it at night. Once I have assembled the pie, is it best to store it covered at room temperature, or store it covered in the refrigerator? Or alternatively, pre-bake it and then reheat it later that night? Also any tips on how to not get the crust to stick to my glass pie pan? Previous attempts have seen it basically fuse to the pan and fall apart when I try to remove it.
Any advice would be great, thanks.
