Hey /r/fitness! I'm leaving Tuesday for a month offshore. I'm especially lucky because this boat has a gym! The only content I cannot control is the types of food I eat. I'll keep the portions in mind.
We have a cook on board that'll make our meals so it's not exactly brown rice, chicken and broccoli every day. I was wondering, besides whey protein, what foods I can bring with me in order to add fats or carbs that also don't require a refrigerator.
I can run down to the galley to use a microwave if need be but I was hoping for some insights.
