How to make Kombucha from home recipes

Kombucha is a living health drink made by fermenting sweetened tea with a kombucha culture. As the Kombucha culture digests the sugar, it produces a range of organic acids, vitamins, amino acids, and microorganisms. Many of the benefits include improvements in energy levels, metabolic disorders, allergies, digestive problems, and candidiasis.

Ingredients:

-1 kombucha culture -13-14 cups water -1 cup organic sugar -8 bags of black tea -2 cups white vinegar or previously brewed kombucha 

Equipment:

-1 gallon glass -1 coffee filter -1 elastic band 

Directions:

-Boil Water -Dissolve sugar in water -Transfer water to glass jar -Steep black tea for 20 minutes -Cover jar and let cool until room temperature -Add vinegar or previously brewed kombucha -Add kombucha culture -Cover jar with coffee filter and secure with elastic band -Ferment for 7 days- 30 days (7 days for sweetness and 30 for tartness) -Store in refrigerator to stop the fermentation process -Enjoy :)
