"bubble" recently formed under resilient vinyl flooring HomeImprovement

A few months ago, we put down resilient vinyl plank flooring (Trafficmaster Allure from Home Depot) in our kitchen.

The flooring went down well and was close to level when completed and after appliances were moved back in.

In the past week or so, an area right in from of our refrigerator developed a large "bubble". The flooring comes up about 1/2 inch in a spot about 1 foot in diameter. I can press the spot down and nothing else comes up, but as soon as I stop pressing, the bubble comes back.

Any clues on what is causing this? Any way I can fix it without ripping up the flooring?
