I feel like my eating habits are really unhealthy. Advice

I wanted to get some different insights, and I'm wondering if/how my lifestyle could be detrimental to my physical health. I'm no expert on fitness or diet, but I definitely don't think I'm getting "proper" nutrition for someone my age.

It's hard partly because I'm a really picky eater.

Usually, I don't feel hungry during the day, or feel sick, and don't eat at all until later, eating something small at night that most often ends up being a pickle spear or two, a granola bar, or some popcorn(not even the good kind, these "light/low-calorie" packs that my mom eats).

I don't like vegetables at all and won't eat most(juvenile, I know), except for maybe some salad, as long as it has dressing and some other stuff in the salad. But I wouldn't voluntarily order it at a restaurant, or make some salad for myself. I don't eat fruit often, either, but I like most fruit.

Eating healthily at home is hard because my mom hates grocery shopping, and puts it off or forgets to go, so we end up scrounging for random things in the pantry or refrigerator. She rarely cooks, so when I have actual dinners, it's usually take-out.

I'm not a big fan of most meats, so the protein department is hard. Tofu isn't good, either. The only meat I'll eat, really, is grilled chicken, but I don't have it often.

Calcium is hard, too, because I don't like most dairy, though I like cheese on pizza(which I also don't have often).

I can't go grocery shopping myself, because I'm a bit late in the "learning to drive" adventure, so that's a big limiting factor.

Occasionally, I'll feel ravenous(usually at night, like I said) and eat a lot of unhealthy food. Like today; the only thing I had to eat all day was a pickle spear in the morning, and I felt fine, then got really hungry later.

On her way home, to my surprise, my mom brought me back some ice cream, and I had the entire pint(~1,200 calories worth of ice cream). A couple of weeks ago, while on holiday break, I ordered pizza, and had half of a large pizza.

I haven't been to the doctor in a long time(like a year), but at my last check-up, she said I should gain some weight. I've grown a little taller since then, but currently I'm 5'9 and weigh 122 pounds.

I think the main problem is that, like I said, I'm really picky, and the only foods I really like eating are things like pizza, ice cream, pastries, some fruits, basically carbs.

What are some things I could do to be healthier? thanks for your time, and sorry if it's too broad of a question or not the right place to ask.
