I am a huge fan of Michael Solomonov's restaurant Zahav in Phily and recently bought his cookbook. I tried my hand at the Israeli pickles this morning and it simply says that after leaving to marinate for 2 days in the refrigerator they will keep for several more days. Any recommendations on how long they will keep? I live alone and love these pickles from the restaurant so I wanted to try making them, but want to know how soon I should try to find some friends to share these with if they will go bad quickly. Thanks!
