Optimal grind coarseness (Capresso Infinity) for cold brew (Hario Mizudashi) Coffee

1) What would be the optimal grind setting on a Capresso Infinity grinder for use with the Hario Mizudashi cold brew pot?

2) How long should I brew it and does anyone have insights on room temperature vs refrigerator?

3) Would it be better to simply cold brew in a way that the grounds are less compacted such as french press or a mason jar? If so at what grind setting and brew time?

Superflous Background:

I've used the same grind setting on my Hario Skerton (7 notches) for my Chemex and my Hario Mizudashi cold brew.

I like this setting for Chemex and kept with it out of not wanting to constantly adjust the grinder when doing cold brew. The cold brew turns out pretty great (18-24 hours at a room temp of 72F-82F), but I want to be even lazier and find a good Capresso Infinity grind solution.
