Hi everyone! Newly independent college student here.
I'm not sure exactly on what to do now. Ideally I plan on making the pork last for two weeks and using it in a variety of recipes. Would I need to freeze it to make it last? And if I place it in the freezer, I have to thaw it in the refrigerator or can I just mircowave it?
