I have a GE refrigerator, model# PSS27SGMD BS. We took apart the dispenser in the process of realizing the water line was frozen and causing our water to not flow. We did not remove power before doing this (Ooops?!).
Now that we have solved the water flow issue and put it back together, we can no longer select "ice" or "crushed ice". The panel is stuck on water only, the other two dispenser buttons dont work. All other buttons are fine (dispenser lock, quick ice, etc.)
Do we need to replace the board for the dispenser? Is there some way to reset the board? We have tried resetting the refrigerator by removing power and waiting for a few minutes with no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.
