Summary: Four rooms currently available in a large, three-story spacious house close to the train. We prefer queer women of color or allies to qwoc to live with us since we owners are qwoc. We may only take two tenants (and seasonally Airbnb the remaining rooms) but all interested can now choose between all open rooms.

House includes an infant, an elderly cat, a young small white-haired dog who will greet you daily, shared spaces on the ground floor: bathroom, kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and eating area.

House Rules are: No smoking of any kind inside the house. Smoking is OK on the porch (at your own risk). No overnight guests unless prearranged days in advance - this is to deter the uhauling dyke and/or the bring the party home-type (we've all been there, so not knocking it, but just not right for this house at this time). Food is not shared. Everyone has her own designated refrigerator space, dishes, and pantry space. We recommend coming by for a viewing and seeing which room is right for you.

Before swinging by, to see more of the rooms, look at the Airbnb ads for additional photos and reviews of us as humans:
