I want to try this cold brew method using french press tool, but I'm confused if I should put them in refrigerator(takes time to dillute/dissolve the ground beans) or place it somewhere in room temperature. My aim for this procedure is to make a better taste and flavor. Which one is the best? Room temperature or refrigerator?
My ratio will be 1:7
15g of ground coffee
105g of water
12 hours steeping time(room temperature) / 18-20 hours steeping time(refrigerator)
