Protein blueberries; a cheap and healthy snack EatCheapAndHealthy

Protein Blueberries

 

Hey all! These are a great snack to munch away on without feeling guilty. and they're pretty easy to make!

 

Ingrediënts

• Greek style yoghurt: 1/4 cup (75gr) - ~2 dollar

• Protein powder (strawberry): 1/4 scoop (7.5gr) - Most gyms will sell you a scoop for less than 1 dollar

• Blueberries: ½ cup (50gr) - 2 to 5 dollar, depending on whether you buy them fresh or frozen

• You will also need 1 small skewer to dip the blueberries in the yoghurt.

 

Total: about $5, but you can make a lot more batches with this than we made.

 

Description

  1. Scoop the yoghurt in a bowl and add the protein powder. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.

  2. Put a blueberry on a skewer. Then dip it in the yoghurt mixture and make sure it is nicely covered. Repeat until you’ve used all the blueberries.

  3. Put the blueberries in the freezer for about half an hour. Then move them to the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them!
