2 year old Samsung 4 door fridge. Freezer and flex space work, upper refrigerator section stuck at 58 degrees. appliancerepair

I have Samsung model RF23J9011/AA Counter depth fridge. The refrigerator section is not cooling. Freezer and Flex space on bottom work fine. The temp sensor reads 37 degrees for the fridge but it's actually 58 degrees.

We had a service guy out. He unplugged it, plugged it back in (which caused the temp sensor to read correctly for a while) and did some tests on it and he said it was a "replacement level" issue and it's covered by the manufacturers warranty. He said something about the different sections having "separate sealed systems" and that it was fixable but "not worth fixing".

Well, we are getting a check from Samsung for the full purchase price. But...they aren't going to take the fridge. We get to keep it. Since we now have a free fridge I thought we would try fixing it. We've been pretty successful at fixing washers, dryers, ovens, and microwaves so I think we could do it. Any one have suggestions?

I'm guessing it's the evaporator system (edit: this model has THREE) or the compressor (edit: it has TWO) that's not working properly.

Edit: fixed typos

Here is my model.
