So I bought an analog temp control/thermostat for a fridge that I plan to begin lagering in. Reading through the small guide that came with it, I came across some info about the set point. Can someone explain to me the purpose of the set point? I'm confused because the dial is where I set the desired temp, so what could the set point be for?
