TIFU by creating water. So here's the setting me, 15 years old, just went through my first year of chemistry yet I'm still denser than a brick. Fast forward a little into the summer and I decide I'm thirsty (for a drink). I look in my refrigerator and notice 100% lemon juice (the first part if my fuck up). Feeling a little creative I decide "hey genius idea why don't I make impromptu lemonade..." Well unlike what would be the sensible thing would be to do, I decide to drink some of the lemon juice then put a spoon full of sugar in my mouth. Then repeat. At first I thought it was probably one of the best ideas I've ever had, but people with a slight knowledge of chemistry know I fucked up. The lemon juice (in my stomach) acted as an acid and the sugar (also in my stomach) acted as a base forming water in my dietary tact. I'm pretty sure my "throne" no longer loves me. :(
TL;DR: when an acid and a base really love each other, they like to make water babies... In my stomach.
