I work in a retail store where cell phones are sold. An elderly customer came in to get some help with her account, and began telling us that her neighbors have been hacking into her cell phone, which they were able to do via the electrical outlets (?). She insisted they were stealing power by hacking into her refrigerator, and diverting the power to their apartment. That's why her fridge kept turning off and her lunch meats are going bad! She told us they steal her power with tasers. Yes, like police tasers. She said, "I can hear them tasing all day and night!" Apparently this woman has a very advanced understanding of technology.
