Hello! I am looking for a subletter to take over my spot in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Inman Square. Ideally you would take over my spot on the lease, beginning 12/15/2015 and ending on 8/31/2016. The rent would be $860 per month (plus a one-month security deposit) and utilities (electric, gas, and cable/internet) typically run from $70-90 per person per month. Please be LGBT friendly.
The apartment has hardwood floors and brand new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, and a microwave over the stove. Additionally the living room is already furnished, including a couch, a dining table, and a 50" TV. There is a well-maintained, private backyard which is great for relaxing or entertaining friends when the weather is nice. There is also a coin-op laundry machine.
The three of us (all guys in our mid 20s) have been living together for a few months, and things have been great. We are looking for someone respectful, fun, and laid-back. We drink socially, but do not typically throw parties or anything like that. A graduate student or young professional would be a great fit. One of the roommates is a subletter, and will leave in late January - the other guy on the lease will return that month.
Living in Inman Square has been a great experience - there are lots of top-notch restaurants (Tupelo, Puritan & Co., East Coast Grill, etc.) and bars (The Druid, Bukowski Tavern, Trina's, etc.) so it is a great spot to be. It is only a 10 minute walk from Central Square and the red line, or a 20 minute walk to Harvard. Additionally the apartment is right along the route of the #69 bus, which goes between Lechmere and Harvard. PM me if you're interested!
