Non-refrigerated & Cheap Food Frugal

I don't have a refrigerator but have access to a microwave during the day. I'm getting sick of eating microwaved potatoes, oatmeal, and peanut butter and jelly's as my main food source. I do usually pick up bulk bags of either apples or oranges every once in awhile. Any suggestions on how to add some variety to my meals?
