What do you guys think is the best? Space of course is always forefront in my decision but I'm building up a list of fridges that aren't more then 15"l x 20"w X 30"h and have minimal power consumption since I want to run it from solar power.
I'll be on amazon and ebay seeing what works regardless.
Whynter FM-45G 45-Quart pricey, 45quarts is nice, 18 x 28 x 20.8 inches just a bit too wide
Dometic CFX-50US pricey, 48 quarts, 28.5 x 18.5 x 17.9 inches Just 5 " too long
Engel MT45F-U1 beyond pricey, 43quarts, 14.3 x 25.5 x 20 in that length again.
Engel MB40V-H whoa$$$, 42 quarts, 13.4x19.7x17.52, drop in counter.
EdgeStar FP430 reasonable price, 43quarts, bad reviews and not easy to find dimensions.
ARB 10800472 pricey, 50 quarts, 27.75"x14.96"x 20" so she's wide but only 3lbs!!
UPDATE: the Engel MB40V-H for $950 is exactly what I'm looking for. it holds food plenty of cold food efficiently, can be solar powered, counter top so I don't lose too much space for cooking, can take a beating, no reviews though. I just need some education on the cheaper options and the power draw for laymens. Thank you folks.
