Worst Service ever from sears, what are my options small claims court? self

Bought a $2500 fridge, Kenmore Elite 29.9 cu.ft. 4-Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator w/Dispenser, in April, spent another 800 on 5 year warranty. December 7th the fridge stopped working, everything thawed, water all over hardwood floors. Called the service and the could not a tech to my house for over a week. They ordered some weather stripping for the fridge, not sure why, which arrived and was never used. Called back and the automated service moved it up to the 11th. Tech came said it needs a new mother board, it will be shipped to my house but they couldn't come back out until the 24th, the day before christmas. Really Christmas with family in the house and no fridge or freezer. But wait we are eligible for a rental. Turns out the rental is anything we can buy for less than $100 and maybe they will reimburse? I paid almost 3k for the fridge it's been 2 weeks during the holidays, but wait it gets better. Put the new mother board in it doesn't work, It is very obvious it is not working but you have to wait for 24 hours to tell them and schedule another call. Next call, new service man comes out spends 20 minutes and says it's the compressor. Orders a new part says he can't come out till till the 5th of January, were getting on a month now without a fridge, can't store lunches, dinners have to eat out more than not. I have kids and it is getting more and more expensive. Compressor arrives technician puts it in and low and behold it works, thank god. I go out and buy new food since we can keep it from spoiling now and stock the fridge, not too much mind you because we are still unsure. Notice ice maker isn't working and call back. Rep on phone looks it up and after another 15 or 20 minutes on the phone he says there is a reset button under the mechanism on the ice maker, I push it and water flows, what a great sound. January 7th was a good day, cold stuff in freezer and fridge and ice. Wake up this morning, January 8th, to my daughter screaming there is water all over the kitchen floor. Not only has the ice-maker melted all the ice, the water running down the front of the fridge has now buckled my hardwood floor and it is not working again.
