I'm still very new to vegetarian cooking. I went out to the grocery store and picked up some extra firm tofu to try to copy some restaurant recipes I'd had lately, but I wasn't sure when I'd have time to use it so I threw it in the freezer like I would have with meat. I moved it to the refrigerator to thaw, and after three days there it's no colder than anything else but still rock hard. Did I screw up? Can this stuff be rejuvenated?
