The worst part happened yesterday, to be honest, but i was in such a fluster i couldn’t post until today.
About a month ago i decided to download the popular dating app Tinder and have a laugh. I wasn’t making anything serious about it, and honestly went on there looking to have some harmless fun at some scumbags expense. Nothing cruel, just things like; Is their refrigerator running? Telling them I was in the process of gender reassignment. Or just weird responses to questions they ask. Nothing too bad.
I had given my number out to one or two kind of cute, respectful guys (which completely surprised me)Well after about a week of being on the app, I get a random text. This person continued to text me, and would refuse to answer when I asked who it was or what their name was. This person just asked for nudes and was being quite rude about it. I declined of course and asked how this person got my number. When I denied him naked pictures he got really mean and started to tell me how he had hacked my tinder account and gained access to my cell phone. He told me that he knew my exact address and my closest friends names. This obviously freaked me out and I blocked his number and deleted the app.
I thought it was over.
Well yesterday, a month afterwards, I was trying to contact my ex (who I had recently started sleeping with again, but that’s different story in /twochromesomes/). I was sending text messages and getting nothing back. We hadn’t talked in a couple days and I thought it was weird he wasn’t answering. Finally I got a call from Vons and it turned out to be my ex. He told me that he had been receiving my texts and tried texting back but I wasn’t getting them. He told me that a few days before he had got a text from me saying that I told him not to talk to me anymore and to block my number.
I DID NOT text him that. The only person who was with me at the time of the text being sent was my best friend(who DID NOT want me sleeping with my ex). I confronted my friend over text about it and got really upset. He said It wasn’t him, that my phone was locked so it wasn’t even possible. As my friend and I are arguing back and forth over text, a message gets sent from my phone, without me typing. It said
“haha fun is almost over”
As I saw this message appear on my side of the conversation, my stomach dropped as I realized that person who hacked my phone was the one sending the messages. He had access to my entire cell phone, my privet pictures, facebook, email everything. Not only did he have access but he had been secretly watching me thru my phone for an entire month. Reading my texts and emails and seeing conversations and naked pictures I had sent to my ex.
I was completely devastated. He had a very strong opinion on how I was living my life and he did not approve. He blocked my ex’s number and text all my friends saying im a “dumb bitch who shouldn’t be sleeping with my ex. Why are you friends with this stupid whore?” things of that nature.
He continued to text my best friend and tell him all the details of my ex and I being together, and sent all the pictures and everything, which infuriated my best friend, and was very hurtful.
Finally the only way to stop him was to shut off my service. Change my number. Change my apple ID and go to the police and file a report.
I don’t know why this person would target me and stalk me for weeks. Why was it so important to ruin my life? Why hurt the people closest to me? Because I wouldn’t send nudes?
That was my day yesterday. Probably the worst one I have ever had.
