So I made a big pot of chicken soup recently... Cooking

I made the stock from roasted bones, mirepoix, bay leaf, pepper corns and fresh thyme. It came out rich and flavorful with a nice color and smelled wonderful. The soup I made with the stock came out awesome. I gave 2 pint containers to my niece. When I asked how she liked the soup, she told me she threw it away because it went bad. (I gave it to her frozen) When I asked how, she said she defrosted it for 2 days in the refrigerator. When she opened it, she said the soup looked like loose chunky jello.... :( I don't think she believed me when I told her it was supposed to be like that.
