Hi! My current roommate is moving out so I am looking for someone take up his place. I have a month to month lease with the landlord currently so there will be no commitment pressure on you. Please see the details below, Your Bedroom: The bedroom available is fully functional with room for a queen size bed, study desk and a large closet with mirrors on the sliding closet door. There are 2 windows in the bedroom facing west and north. There is no door in the bedroom's entrance and my current roommate uses a curtain to cover the 5 feet entrance to the bedroom. You can put a screen door or a temporary door if you wish. Home Depot can help and will cost only a few hundred dollars. Its very quiet and you will not hear any street noise. About me: You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am in my mid 30s. I am an engineer working in tech. I like running, biking, doing yoga and being outside. I am usually quiet and stay in my bedroom mostly so you will get a lot of private space. We will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom and I always try to keep it as clean as possible. I am Vegan and I cook quite a bit. Availability And Lease terms: One bedroom available in a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment starting from 20th of February on a month to month lease. There will be a application fee of $45 and a deposit of one month's rent. Monthly rent is $1450 and is due on the 1st of every month. Utilities comprises of PG&E and internet and would be split 50-50, usually between $50 to $60 a month per person. The Apartment: Located at the intersection of Franklin and Fell street, right across SF Jazz. The apartment has 2 levels, with the kitchen and the living room in the first level while the bedrooms and the bathroom are above it. The living room is decent size with wooden floors. The kitchen has 4 gas burners, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. Washers/Dryers are in the building. Parking garage is in the ground floor and one spot available for $300 per month for a car is available. Bicycle parking is free. Walk score of 99 with easy access to Muni, BART, 101 etc. Looking forward to have someone with similar interests, and someone who would pay the rent on time and keep the communication channel open.
