No kitchen for 30 days - who pays for food? legaladvice

I live in California. I am currently renting a condo that is in an HOA. There are three key-players in my situation: the management company (who I pay my rent to), the landlord (who owns my condo and pays HOA dues) and the HOA (Home Owners Association). Recently there was a slab leak that the HOA claims responsibility for. The leak flooded my kitchen and the drywall has to be replaced. The repairs were quoted to take 30 days. During the repairs I will have no access to my kitchen or the sink within it, my refrigerator, oven, microwave and cabinets are all stored in my garage so I am parking in visitor parking with a pass. All of my kitchen bakeware, pots, pans, pantry items, cutlery, cookbooks, small appliances, etc are stacked around me in my living room and bedroom. My condo is about 900 sqft. I do not eat fast food, I cook my meals and pack my lunches because I can’t afford to eat out a lot and I also like to control what goes into my body. My employer pays me $40-$50 a day for food when I travel, so I asked the landlord for $30 a day upfront (which is what the management company had suggested). The landlord said no, and that he does not have to provide me meals. I can store fruits and veggies in the fridge, but I have no place to prep them for a meal and I also have no way to cook raw meat or even a cup of noodles. I am eating for as cheap as I can but I am starting to run out of money. Any advice on what I can do?
