Fermentation Refrigerator Setup Homebrewing

Over the weekend I acquired commercial refrigerator with a glass door that I am converting into my fermentation chamber. Dimensions are roughly 24" wide by 74" tall. I plan on using an Inkbird ITC-308. In doing so I have the following questions:

  1. What would be the proper heating device to use inside the refrigerator? Given the height of the unit is more than one heating device needed to properly disburse the heat?

  2. What should the native temperature of the refrigeration unit be set at? Basically when the Inkbird controller turns the compressor on to cool the temperature what should the refrigerator itself be set at?

*edit - To clarify this will unit will only be used for fermentation. I plan on having a separate keezer for dispensing.
