It's been in my refrigerator unopened since purchase, forgot about it. It's exactly 2 months past "use by".
I would like to make a 5 gal IPA batch with it. Do you think a 2000ml starter using 1lb of light DME would bring it to a useful state if I let it sit around for 2 days at 70*f giving it a shake one and a while or does anyone have a better idea? I don't have access to a stir plate.
