What's your best chilli recipe for a snowy Saturday? food

It's snowing (first time this winter), the house is cozy and warm, and I'm in the mood to cook some chilli.

I have beef bottom round and shoulder steak roasts in the refrigerator, home-canned tomatoes and peppers, onion, garlic, herbs, and dried pinto, red, and black beans.

I started searching for recipes, then decided to ask /r/food instead. What shall I make?
