I want to try sweet potatoes over brown rice. I'm a bad cook and I'm tight on time so I need something very basic.
Currently, I just bake chicken breasts in bulk and boil broccoli. I throw them in the refrigerator for the week. I want to add sweet potatoes to each meal. And I also want to be able to microwave all 3 together when I'm ready to eat.
EDIT: Well, I think i found a way. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Twyun8HQmAY The first way seems easy. If I want to add cinnamon, is it ok to add it, refigerator, and whenever im ready to eat it, microwave, then eat? The cinnamon won't ruin it during the refigeration and reheating will it?
