What should/shouldn't I have in my rental property? RealEstate

I am closing on my first rental property in about 2 weeks and I was wondering if there is anything that I should put into the 3 units that would make them more desirable or help out the tenants. Right now they are completely empty with the exception of stove and refrigerator. They are all freshly remodeled 950-1300 sq ft 2 bedroom apartments with nice tile/hardwood flooring and granite countertops. Rents will be average to above average for the area and in a upscale but rental heavy area. It is in the area of the city where most young professionals would want to live. Rents will be in the $1000-$1450 per month range.

Some examples are a toilet plunger in the bathroom, a broom and dust pan, cleaning equipment. Common household items you might not necessarily think of until you need one.

High speed internet? 100-1000 mbps Internet is available in the area for $50-$100 a month. Could I get that or more by providing it "free" with rent? It is only available in a small fraction of the city, less than 10%.

What about dishwashers? None of the units have one but it wouldn't be difficult for me to add them or add a portable unit in a cabinet. Washer and dryer? Two units have washer and dryer hookups and I was considering adding them to the third. Bad idea to supply the actual appliances? I can see them getting ruined but I think it would add value to the rental and maybe set it apart.

Any other suggestions or dos and don'ts?
