Hello there!
I consider my cooking skills to be normal, can combine things that go well together know some recipes ect. But, I never freezed stuff before.
I came across the more popular recipes, like this one: http://ift.tt/1jrzY4k http://ift.tt/1lC7jFY http://ift.tt/1fxNtMB
Obviously I can make them, but what about freezing? Do I dump whats left of it in a box and do that in the freezer? What if I have stuff left and want to re-freeze it? Is that a good option or a big no-no? :)
This also goes for soups. Can I just put them in a plastic/glass container in the refrigerator and take some out if I need a warm soup for dinner?
This freezing stuff can really help me since I live on my own on a 50 euro ($ 55 dollar) budget per week. Just making a giant pot and take something out when I need it sounds awesome. But might aswell do it properly first.
Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated :-)
