Understanding the specs of a refrigerator AskPhysics

I apologize if this question doesn't belong in this subreddit, it's just the first subreddit I thought could help with an electricity-related question. I'm having trouble understanding the specs of my fridge, which you can see here. More specifically, I am interested in the instantaneous power it will draw. There are 2 specs--Est. Energy Consumption and Volts/Amps--that I can't reconcile.

Est. Energy Consumption: 337 kWh/year Volts/Amps: 115/1.3

So 337 kWh/year * (1 yr/365 days) * (1 day/24 hrs) = .0384 kW = 38.4 W.

Compare this with 115 V * 1.3 A = 149.5 W. Why are these numbers so vastly different? What am I misunderstanding here? Thank you to anyone for your help!
