Ok guys, I'm in a new town for 2 months and need a breakfast plan and I think you all can help me immensely. Here's my criteria: I have: -No oven/ stove -no bbq -no toaster oven -DO have a microwave, but fuck that -DO have a refrigerator/ cabinets -no freezer
I want: - high in protein - high in carb (the good kind) - affordable - preferably no microwave needed
I am: 6'4, 190 lbs, and I work out everyday- body weight sets, and cardio.
