Bought a frozen, vacuum sealed beef brisket and it only has an expiration date for when *frozen*. How long will such a product typically last in the fridge? AskCulinary

Basically, I put it frozen in the refrigerator a few days ago. It probably thawed within the first 24h, it's not a big piece. How long can I delay cooking it? I'm still waiting for a piece of equipment that I really want to use on it.
