There are so many types of squash, and for what ive been able to check using fitday all of them have a huge gap in the calories per pound, example: 1lb of winter squash has 53g carbs vs 1lb summer squash 19g carbs.
This is the type of squash i have laying in my refrigerator. What type is it? The only difference is mine looks thinner than that, its cortex its thinner.
