A few days ago all of my lights started flickering and became very dull before all of the electricity went out. I reset my breakers but didn't get any power until the morning, ever since then my electricity in my whole house will have episodes where it starts flickering and goes out. Today it's so bad that I can't have a single light on before it starts going out, my refrigerator turns on and off a lot as well. I had pg&e stop by and they said that they were receiving enough volts on their meter that it wasn't a problem he was responsible for. My computer will turn on, but my monitor doesn't receive a signal, there aren't any beeps that I can hear, but I noticed 4 blue LEDs on the motherboard, the first one stays on while the last 3 blink on and off at the same time. My biggest question is what do I do from here now that the PG&E worker can't do anything? And did my computer get damaged or do I simply still not have enough power to boot it up? I understand I may be in the wrong subreddit so any advice is appreciated.
