If I mix soylent and drink it right away, or put it on ice packs for a couple hours, the flavor is very intense (in a good way). Kind of savory / salty. The flavor seems to peak after it has been slightly chilled (~55F) for a few hours.
However, when I mix soylent up in the pitcher and leave it in the refrigerator for longer than 6 hours, the flavor is almost non-existent, and it doesn't come back even if I warm it back up.
It's interesting to have two flavor varieties in this way, but it's definitely confusing how this could happen. The difference is dramatic. Does anyone else experience this?
