[Housing] Can we afford this amount of rent? personalfinance

Well, me and two of my friends are going to be going to the same college this upcoming year (i will actually go to a technical school nearby), so we were looking for a place to live because it would be way cheaper than living in the dorms.

I can make around $1300 a month gross income.

Friend 1 can make $1600 a month gross income.

Friend 2 can make $1200 a month gross income.

so combined we gross about $4100 a month.

The place we are looking at is a 3 bed 2 bath home for rent, it is $750 a month with most appliances ( washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc) already installed.

I need to factor in:

1.water bill

2.gas bill

3.electric bill

4.internet ($60 in my area)

If we could manage this with our income, what would we be looking at having per month to live on?
