If you refrigerate your food storage room to 1-3 C, then it extends the life of your food from a few days to a season or two. Which is great! But, if you lower the temperature just a little bit, then your food freezes and lasts forever. Which is so much better! My calculations suggest that forever decided by a season or two is infinity, which means it's infinitely better.
So, is there any reason to keep your food unfrozen?
