Just purchased a new fermentation chamber aka refrigerator, and because of the way the compressor works, when the compressor shuts off the temp will continue to drop 4-6 degrees. How will impact flavor if a yeast with ideal temp of 65 varies between 62 and 68?
The reason I'm asking is because I need to know if a space heater is necessary.
