Your son (redneck) is using the threat of eviction to find out where I will be living next. I am not about to tell your son where I will be living, he needs to mind his own business and I don't want to see your son any where near my next place of residence.
I cannot legally sign a lease until the apartment(s) has been recertified and it takes the city/state awhile to look at these apartments twice. Nor do I want to give your son a timeline in which he can plan what else next he's going to do to harass me.
He needs to stop threatening me and communicating with me. I will leave his house. I won't pay an extra months rent to cover the cost of utilities that the last tenants skank trash girlfriend and DANCOtenant ran up.
I also had court today in regards to the HRO against skank trash girlfriend and we can to an agreement in mediation. skank trash girlfriend also made a clause in the agreement to be allowed to show up in court for further legal action over what occurred at your son's residence.

That also proves one of my arguments that DANCOtenant and skank trash girlfriend remain in contact with you after they moved out and are pushing you to further harassment, break the law which will result in treble charges and are actively seeking to continue to cause me strife.
I did settle in mediation (yet the terms of mediation are the same as the HRO) which also proves that I am willing to resolve issues and not further escalate the issue to trial. Yet the HRO arguments were not quashed.

I told you the former tenants were pushing your son to continue to harass me. Your son asked me to leave because I requested the police reports from the DANCO, the police called skank trash girlfriend to inform her I had the request to request and receive the police reports.

So I didn't prove explicitly my arguments for filing and obtaining a HRO, but the arguments were dismissed without prejudice in exchange for a binding agreement. The skank trash girlfriend harasses me, I call the cops. I harass her, she calls the cops
I am getting gopro cameras for cycling, if I don't catch her on camera means I wasn't looking for her, but if she sees me and wants to call the cops on me then its pretty obvious she saw me cause she wants to see me.
The entire mediation convo was another showcase of how extremely delusional she is. She was incredibly shocked that I knew that the DANCOtenant's daughter's mother had partial custody and paid child support to the father. That really put her on edge. Because I was told the mother of the child signed away her parental rights, didn't have contact and is somewhere doing drugs. The reality is the mother gave birth to the child when she was 17 years old (the father DANCOtenant was 21 years old) had custody for 3.5 years, and finished a 4 year university degree, got married and now is a stay at home mom to a toddler. Not what either the DANCOtenant nor her girlfriend claimed was the situation.
My god what a trash bucket circus this morning was. How did I survive 5 months in the same house with these people?
edit: I did email the redneck and his father a photo image of the deposit reciept with the address and property management company name blocked out. The new roommate has asked me twice when the redneck landlord is home what neighborhood I was looking at to rent in or the buildings I applied at, what neigbhorhoods are those. Promptly the redneck landlord comes up stairs to the kitchen (where we were) and glares at me stomps away after picking nothing out of the refrigerator. Seriously do these two think they can entice me into telling them where I will live next? I don't think so.
