[Question] Question about freezing a pudding. MealPrepSunday

I made a mega batch of Avocado Chocolate Pudding and after finishing and looking at my creation I've come to realize there's no way we can eat all of this before it goes bad IMO. I had been making smaller portions to just last a few days but the prepping mood took over today and I wanted to go big.......maybe too big.

I am wondering if it will ruin it if I freeze part of the batch and thaw out in the refrigerator later. I'll list the ingredients below. What do you think?
