We are contemplating purchasing an apartment but the lay out seems inflexible - as if everything needs to stay where it is already built. We don't like how the refrigerator is off to the side of the kitchen nor the existing location of the closets in either bedroom.

Our budget steers us towards buying an older fixer-upper so I thought I'd reach out to r/DesignMyRoom. Looking forward to some creative recommendations.
