We have a room mate leaving our apartment and her room will be available to move-in on December 1st, 2015. There will also be a larger room available on January 1st, 2016 with balcony access. I'll make a separate post for that room shortly and link to it later.
I'll keep the description pretty short here and you can contact me for more details / pictures / set up a time to check out the room.
It's a large room with a really great view of the entire Richmond District.
So there are four of us in the apartment, you will be sharing a bathroom with two others and the occupant of the master bedroom has his own bathroom.
There are two refrigerators, you will be sharing one with another person.
Laundry is on-site downstairs.
The living room and kitchen are communal areas for everyone's use, you will have unfettered access to these rooms. We have high speed internet, cable television and AppleTV in the living room.
In general the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and low key, we are not a party pad but it can be fun on some occasions so you should be okay with that.
Rent for this room is $1100/mo + utilities (Generally $100+/-) Moving in will require a $500 security deposit + $1100 for the first months rent.
