(Update) Lease said I would get two garage remotes and a parking space. Turns out I didn't get them. RealEstate

Original post here.

September 15: I take a tour of the duplex. I am viewing Unit B. Unit A has someone living in it. I see a 2 door garage, I ask my agent what's the deal with the garage. He explains to me that the garage is for Unit A. I say ok.

September 17: I look through my lease. I notice that this is in my lease: http://ift.tt/1hbyzzt Looks like I get a garage and 2 garage keys?! Cool!

September 19: It's Saturday. At 3:16PM I text my real estate agent: Do you know if the garage is included? My real estate agent texts me back saying: My office was researching this. We should have an answer by Monday.

September 21: Move in day. I arrive at 8am and my Real Estate agent is waiting for me, along with the locksmith. We tour the apartment and I look for dents and markings. Everything looks pretty good except for a few things. So I say to my real estate agent,"In the lease, it said I get the garage and 2 garage remotes. So do I?" He then asks Tenant A if the garage is all for him. He says yes. I'm confused at this point. Why would it be in my contract then? So the real estate agent tells me to email his portfolio manager, which I'm assuming is his boss.

So if his office was really researching about the garage, wouldn't he have an answer from the office and not ask tenant A if he owned the garage? Sounds shady to me.

October 2: So I had a lot of things to work wise, so I wait until October 1 to email my portfolio manager. I tell her about the contract and it entails. I even send her the screenshots. She calls me back and leaves me this voicemail: http://ift.tt/1Q2cC1S To get to the garage part start at 0:35 seconds.

"it does not specify that you are to receive this garage" -- this confuses me. Is she saying that I don't have the entire garage? Which is fine by me. There are two spots. Tenant A only uses one spot and the other has a table and refrigerator.

I don't know what to do. I'm a bit confused and frustrated. Do I just keep telling her that it's in the lease? That I signed it and SHE did, too.

UPDATE: She sent me this email: http://ift.tt/1OTN9um
