ShakePrep? fitmeals

I'm going to be staying in a hotel, and probably a crappy one with no kitchen for awhile. I'll go home on my days off to cook and prep my meals. I'm wondering if I can Shake Prep. For breakfast, I'm planning on doing http://ift.tt/1Q52FF0

  1. 1.3333 cups 0% greek yogurt (173 calories / 31g protein)
  2. 1 banana (110 calories)
  3. cinnamon (5-10 calories)
  4. 1 scoop ON gold standard whey protein cookies & creme (130
  5. calories / 24g protein)
  6. a little bit of water to smooth things out

Can I make a week's worth of these and put it in the refrigerator? I'm basically wondering if it'll go bad or not.
