- 1 banana (110 calories)
- cinnamon (5-10 calories)
- 1 scoop ON gold standard whey protein cookies & creme (130
- calories / 24g protein)
- a little bit of water to smooth things out
Can I make a week's worth of these and put it in the refrigerator? I'm basically wondering if it'll go bad or not.
