I'm having an issue with my fridge - freezer is nice and cold but fridge is warm. Around 55-60F. It is a bottom freezer French door Whirlpool. I removed the metal plate at the back of the freezer compartment and while the fan is running fine, appears as though the evaporation lines are iced over. See video...would appreciate a leg up on the repairman, if I can't DIY this fix! TIA
