so, i'm going to summer camp for a week, beginning this monday. unfortunately, it isn't a vegan summer camp, and they can only accommodate to dietary restrictions to a certain extent (i.e. salad, fruit, etc). i spoke with someone and the director said that i'll have access to a toaster oven, microwave, and refrigerator. (i had the idea to go to natural grocers and buy a bunch of amy's frozen foods, but i'm not certain whether or not i will have access to a freezer). that being said, i need to find what foods i can bring with me to make. any and all recommendations will be appreciated! 😊
