Hey all, long story short I have placed an offer on a house which was listed for 164,500... I offered them full price conveying the refrigerator (newish ~ 1200-1500) and the zero turn John Deere lawn mower (~3K-6k). The property is large enough to need a riding mower. House is 3bdrm 2 full bath, 1752 sqft. Built in 2004
They countered me without conveying the mower, at 164,000. Meaning the fridge is still included but they won't give up the mower. This pissed me off. Now I'm considering an offer conveying the refrigerator at 160,000. I want opinions and advice from a non family member.
