Double check refrigerator problem(freezer cold but warm fridge) fixit

Yesterday morning I noticed that our refrigerator(it's pretty old model TFX24ELB) wasn't keeping cool. So I did some googling, checked the back of the freezer and there was frost built up on the wall so that narrowed down cause. I watched a few videos and began to disassemble the machine to check the Defrost Timer, Heating Elements and the Defrost Thermostat.

First thing I did after getting the back panel off(coils were completely frosted over) was manually put the defrost timer into defrost. After about 5-10 minutes nothing had happened. So I unplugged the machine and tested both of the heating elements with a multimeter and both of them got continuity. Next I tested the defrost thermostat by leaving it in a bowl of ice and water for 5ish minutes, no continuity. But I've read that some of them activate at lower temps so I shot it with a compressed air can upside down and that got continuity. So it must be the Defrost Timer that's faulty, right?

After that I melted the ice with a blow dryer and put everything back together as to save all the food. Right now it's working somewhat, the freezer is freezing but the fridge still seems like it may be warmer then it should. It seems to be around 40F+ in the middle of the fridge.

Today I vacuumed the coils under the fridge as best as I could at the front and back of the machine. I couldn't lift the machine to reach the bottom fully but there was a lot of crap built up where I could reach.

So would it be normal for the fridge to still not be cooling properly or is there possibly another part that is faulty? Or do I need to wait a little longer for temps to stabilize since it was off for sometime yesterday?

Any help would be appreciated.
